Thursday Morning

Its Thursday Morning! This morning we came in from Ronald McDonald house. When we got to Kairi's room. They were already doing rounds. They are pulling out her Breathing tube when they get done with rounds. She just had her catheter in her bladder removed. AND drum roll ........ She opened her left eye! YES! She opened her eye! it was only for like two minutes and she stared blankly. But She opened it on her own! We were very excited to see it. I am so very grateful for the blessings our Heavenly Father has given our little family. I am so thankful for everyone calling me and leaving your messages. I don't think any of you realize how much it lifts our spirits and comforts us to read your words of encouragement. It lets us know we are not alone. We are awe struck by the willingness everyone has to help our little girl pay for her bills. We appreciate everything everyone has done for us. Thank You. Ill Let you know as we take steps today.

We Love You All,
Pace & Liz

What a great way to start the day!!! I am on my way to work but just wanted to tell all of you we love you and are so excited you finally got to see her little eye. Each step is getting you closer to having Kairi back. Keep smiling and know that you are thought of, prayed for, and loved every minute of every day. Love Treva

Prayer is an amazing thing!!! I have witnessed it myself when my Taylor was really sick at birth. And am witnessing it again with your Kairi. You do go through ups and downs, 2 steps forward one step back. But then you see the little things that matter, an eye opening, a finger moved, a machine gone, and before you know it your baby is back home with you. Keep the faith, stay strong, and you will continue to make it through this. You are all still in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Natalie and Family(CA)

We are so excited that Kairi is continuing to make progress. We are in Hughes ward and my girls played with Kairi at the ward party prior to her accident. They have been including her in their prayers and ask frequently how she is doing. We will all continue to pray for Kairi and your family.
