As of this morning nothing much had changed she slept good through the night no incidents there. Liz and I slept good. She did really good all night on the ventilator. We will learn todays plan when they make thier rounds. Whenever that may be. Also neuro wants her weaned off her Oral meds a little faster than they are. Because she is still sleepy. Other than that i guess no news is good news. Thanks again for your concern and prayers. Kepping faith in slow times is hard. But i just think back to the blessings she has recieved by the spirit and the feelings that everything will be ok. She will be our Kai Kai once again. Just comforts me in those times. Life is great! Don't waste what time you have.
Love,
Pace & Liz

We are so glad Kiari is improving. Jeff said he remembers when he was coming of the "straw effect". You are doing a great job keeping us informed with the updates. Your testimonies are strengthening ours and you are doing missionary work at the same time. Keep up the good work and keep smiling.

Pace and Liz - I think some of the darkest moments in the hospital come in those long days when nothing much is changing. Hours turn into days and it goes on and on. Just remember that Kairi has made it through the hardest part and is on her way back. I know I can't tell you anything that will hasten the process or make you tolerate it any better, but just know that you'll all get there. It may not be today or tomorrow, btu it will happen.
Gag, Kairi, gag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds simple unless we have all been through what Kairi has.
Hopefully tomorrow will be the magic day! We will be waiting to hear.
Sure love ya,
Kevin and Gayla
