Monday Morning

So last night at about 10:30 Kairi threw up. We don't know why, but she did seem to sleep better after, which is good.

Kairi went to OT around 9:30. She did really good. She would pick up race cars with her hands and put them on the race track. She did get a little agitated so I took her for a walk to the Angel Garden. That seems to relax her a little. When we got back she went straight to PT. They had her reaching to put the ball in the basket. Then they stood her up. After the rehab doctors came in and checked her feet. Kairi started crying. She even had tears.

The rehab dr was talking to me more about the G-tube. She said she would only be down without therapies for a couple days. And that they have a special abdominal band thing they would put on her. So, I don't know what we are going to do. We just need to pray about it I guess. The good thing about it is that it would keep her with medical a little longer, but if she did ever pull it out that would be really bad.

So now we are back in her room we just watched the ending of Enchanted (one of Kairi's favorite movies). Kairi actually turned her head to watch it a little bit.

Music therapy is going to be in here in about 10 mins. So I will update the blog after that is over.

Thank you all for everything!!!

Love,
Liz
