Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

Its taken us all day to come up with an updtae but here it is. About 30 mins ago the neuro surgeon came in and showed me her CT scan he said everything looked good like it needed to no bleeding or anything. We harassed and harassed until the Resident Doctor finally came in so we could ask her about the ventilator. She loked at her charts and things and said ya switch her over. So right now the ventilator is switched to make her do all the work to breathe and if she gets tired or cant quite keep up it will maintain her air until she gets to where she needs to be so they can pull it out. That is proabably going to be tomorrow. She had a nerve test on her face today but it didnt work out so we are going to have another one tomorrow. And she has had a fever since yesterday. And they found a bacteria growing in her CSF which is her Spinal Fluid. Basically she has sorta Meningitis. Which Meningitis is Infection in your brain (Literally the meaning). They didnt seem to worried about it and we are glad they caught it so soon. She has been on Antibiotics since she got her just not tons of it. They wouldnt tell the nurse what it was because they have to tell the Resident. So as soon as we get her back to find out i will let you know. I am finding out that Faith is hard to keep when she Isn't noticably improving or taking a step backwards. But then i think to myself. She has had many blessings and evryone has listened to the spirit and feels that she will make a full recovery. I know she will be our Kairi again. I am just learning more patience as well as faith.
